Oral use:
Ingeste 1 drop on a neutral base twice a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 2 drops - 80 mg.
Topical use:
Apply 3 drops diluted in a carrier oil to the solar plexus and/or the soles of the feet. Repeat as needed.
Diffusion:
Diffuse in the bedroom to promote relaxation and sleep, and also to disinfect the air.
