Dosage
Spray 2 to 3 times around yourself and in each corner of the room, 15 minutes before bedtime. For bed linens, spray from 20 cm away on the sheet under the pillow, on the collar of pajamas, or on a handkerchief placed near the pillow. You can combine or alternate these uses.
