Mentha spicata
Spearmint (Mentha Spicata) essential oil is known for its fabulous smell of chlorophyll chewing gum. It has the property of being digestive. On an emotional level, spearmint promotes a clear mind and a sense of calm.

Dosage
Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support once a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 1 drop- 40 mg.
Advice
Breathing from the bottle: place the bottle of essential oil just below the nostrils and inhale alternating one nostril then the other.
