Dosage
Ingeste 1 drop on a neutral base 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 3 drops - 100 mg.

"Diffusion formula for purified air to combat winter ailments: 20 drops Scots Pine essential oil + 20 drops Ho Wood essential oil + 20 drops Ravintsara essential oil + 40 drops Lemon essential oil.
