Dosage
Oral use:

2 drops of essential oil 3 times a day in organic honey.

Topical use:

3 drops of essential oil on the soles of the feet, the inside of the wrists, and the solar plexus.

Diffusion:

5 to 8 drops in a diffuser.
Advice
"1 drop CTEO Petit grain + 1 drop CTEO Rosemary verbenone in a nut of day cream helps oily skin wonderfully. The same application is valid for oily hair.
