Dosage
The day before or on the 1st day of your period: 1 tablet with a large glass of water.
During your period: 1 to 3 tablets a day, depending on the degree of discomfort.

Precautions
For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Max. 5 consecutive days. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Consult a health professional. Not recommended in cases of known cross-allergy, in particular to the Asteraceae family, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcer, gastritis or biliary disorders (gallstones) and/or liver disorders, or if peppermint is taken with any other preparation. Seek the advice of a healthcare professional if you are taking anti-coagulants or anti-platelet aggregating agents. Store away from sources of heat and light.
