HAIR CARE INSTRUCTIONS: 2 to 3 times a week, apply Castor Oil to dry hair, massaging it in. Cover your hair with a warm towel and leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then wash your hair with shampoo.
NAIL CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Every night before bed, apply a drop to each nail; then massage the nail, paying particular attention to the cuticles.
