Dosage
From 18 years of age: 2 capsules per day, 30 minutes before bedtime with a large glass of water.
Composition
For 2 capsules: Sunflower vegetable oil (Helianthus annuus); Gelatin; Standardised Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis extract - 200 mg); Gelling agent: Sorbitol; True lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia - 80 mg); Emulsifier: Beeswax (Cera alba); Humectant: Glycerol; Aqua; Gelling agent: Pectin; Emulsifier: Sunflower lecithin; Vitamin B3 (Niacin) 17.60 mg (equiv. 16 mg vit. B3 (100% RDA)); Mandarin essence (Citrus reticulata zest - 10 mg); Roman chamomile essential oil (Chamaemelum nobile - 10 mg); Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 2.68 mg (equivalent to 2 mg vit. B6 (142% RDA)); Antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols; Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 0.28 mg (equivalent to 6 µg vit. D3 (120% RDA)). Sugars less than 0.5%.
Precautions
Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from heat and light. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. After 14 days of treatment, take a 2-day break and then repeat. Consult a healthcare professional if you are taking medication. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, or if you are under 18 years of age. Not recommended in cases of cross-allergy to plants of the Asteraceae family. Consult a healthcare professional. The colour and texture of the capsules may vary; these variations do not affect the quality of the product.

Native to to the Mediterranean bassin and tropical regions, the fruit of the Citrus sinensis is called 'sweet orange' in order to make the distinction from the 'bitter orange' (Citrus aurantium). The birthplace of this orange tree is found between the Himalaya and Southern China. Around the year 1400, Portugese have imported it. Since then, the culture has spread considerably overdifferent countries. The sweet orange tree, a small tree belonging to the Rutacees family, is an old hybrid, stemming probably from a crossbreeding of the Citrus maxima and Citrus reticulata.
